The legend of Portugal football Eusebio, top scorer of World Cup 1966 died from heart attack. Eusebio da Silva Ferreira, born in 1942 had played 64 times for Portugal and scored 41 goals. One of the best players of time Eusebio scored 733 times in 745 matches (professional). He was having his treatment on respiratory and heart problems and was admitted in hospitals many times.

In the year 1965 he was named as “European Footballer of the Year”. During his 15 years at club he was a part of five Portuguese cup triumphs and ten league championship victories. He was seven times league scorer of Portugal.
